"We stayed a this hotel on June 29 2026 and booked two rooms for our last night in Italy. , as it’s close to the airport. Immediately after check in one room had an inoperative ac system. With it being 40 degrees outside it’s not possible to sleep in that heat. We contacted front desk and they switched rooms to another after waiting nearly an hour at reception. The next room was no better and ac again did not work. We’re switched to a third room and finally the ac was working. Then two hours...

"Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. Having said that, the wifi was good, the reception staff very friendly and for the money, I couldn’t really argue for just 1 night. Aircon was great and breakfast price was very reasonable. "AC not working properly. Contacted desk sent a workmen but still not fixed. Room was 28c most of the nite. Did not offer a room change. But convenient location to airport and train station with mall next door."
